 We have a foreign LLC that is buying up
 everything here. It's insane.

 There's a businessman from texas that has
 just come in to the saint louis market and is
 looking for nothing but low end section
 eight. He is literally paying cash for millions
 of dollars in these properties. The word is
 getting out that section 8 is bringing their
 payouts closer to market values.
