Sharing a win. Scrambled for 24 hrs to get this 3 house package last min. Came across my desk a few weeks ago and was scooped up before I had a shot to check it out. However funding ended up falling through for that person. My contact at NW called me to see if I was still interested (hate the double close but if numbers work then whatever). I couldn't work it out with my private money partners so had to go for the 12 & 2 hard money route for the first time ever. While I'm not pumped about that, 1 am pumped to see how all the relationship building came into play to allow the deal to work. The contact that called me first and the fact that the local HM guy who I met and have gotten together with often over the last 8 months is putting it together for me way quicker than normal was awesome. Cool to see what we do now is really planting those seeds for the future.
