Started the program 10 months ago and bought my first house back in August 2022. Well I finally refinanced and finish my first BRRRR. It took longer and a bit more money than I expected but finally finished. Thank you all for the help and advise along the way. The first step in starting was the hardest but learned a lot and hopefully the second house will be easier
