The wealthiest person is the one who appreciates the most! What are you specifically thankful for in this moment? I can't tell you how thankful 1 am of this community and how you all play an instrumental role in elevating my mindeset and in the way that | operate! Coming into the year transitioning full time into acquisitions, I know I had a goal of 20. I broke down my goals monthly and focused on my efforts of impact, and I had January as a foundational month for me just building knowledge and getting in myself into position to thrive. I didn't think I would get one until February. l've learned so much from each of you, and I can't thank the leadership team enough on providing me with a roadmap to success! Thanks W Keola Kapaku Boak, MY MAN!, and everything you do for our community. One month in, and we just secured our second deal under contract, have an offer in on another, and meeting with a wholesaler at a listing 9+
