optimistic. Top contributor 1d • å 1 am determined to get Property #4. So today l am doing my mailing campaign to 4 potential properties that need TLC. Vacant, out of state owners.... Thanks to PropStream, I am able to find some delicious properties. Sending them Halloween cards Cost ($8 - claiming this as part of my business expense) yay!. It's such a win win, no matter what action you take, it's always a win. Also, I am sending my monthly newsletter to my tenants on the How and When focusing on the five areas of concern: finance, credit, loan, why it is good to buy a home, and when to buy a home. So, if timing is right, and I have a home rehabbing to flip, and my tenant is ready to buy, I now have a buyer. It's a win win. I love this program...it makes you think of creative ideas for win win scenarios. Hope it works....
