Since I got back from Europe in March and started the crawl phase for the BRRRRS method, since our first purchase in April, things are becoming brighter in the express tunnel of wealth. I also took a TAX LIEN and TAX Deed class over the weekend, based on my notes from the mentorship weekly calls back in DEC 2022 while 1 was in Germany, so I can find more properties to acquire and gain more equity.
