First deal alert! After diving into this FasterFreedom group back in January head first trying to learn as much as possible, doing the work, staying disciplined, joining every possible RE group on Facebook and meetups locally, meeting wholesalers, and pitching to several private investors, being denied on several offers, 1 am closing on my first deal this Friday (hopefully l've been in the Real Estate profession for over 20 years as an Appraiser primarily, and part time licensed realtor, and this program has opened my eyes to a whole other realm of real estate I didn't have a clue about. It's both exciting and scary and has forced me to change my mindset but | love it. At 44 years old I wish I had discovered this 20 years ago but it has reinvigorated me and I am excited to find my next deal already after the first one closes Friday.
