I hope everyone is having a great weekend!! Is anyone seeing a lot of owner financing deals? I've picked up three properties this week doing this and it's been fantastic. People are so sick of the banks making all the money that when you explain that to them they are super willing to owner finance something for you, I picked up a triplex, a SFH and a laundromat in the past 7 days......
