Hi Everyone! Finally got my first one! Question: should this be placed into an LLC before renting to be safe? (Purchased with OPM but under my name). Also, for my first one will it be ok to do prop manangement on it or would you recommend doing it yourself? ( 1 know a lot goes into play here when thinking which option to do but I'm going through some role transitions at work and time is limited) thanks everyone!
