Happy New Year all! Jesse Sword and I crushed our 2023 goals, it wasn't easy and there's still so much to learn but I wanted to share our accomplishments not to brag but to share with the FasterFreedom family that this s*** works! We just closed on our 4th property last week after starting this program in July of this year! 2 of those properties are almost done with rehab, and one is a pretty big flip that should be done in a few months. There is so much that goes into getting set up the right way and making the right connections (especially since we live on Maui and are investing in Tennessee!) Thank you everyone who responded to our posts with advice! We could not have done it without this community! Seeing so many people doing the same thing we are with the same struggles and successes is so inspiring. We are not alone in this journey and that makes it feel so much more attainable. Thank you W Keola Kapaku Boakfor taking our calls and talking us through the many deals that came through our pipeline. And Thank you Sam Primm for starting this education program and community to help all of us who dream of financial freedom make it a reality!
