Top contributor 3d • ig Little community update I drove to Texas this weekend to check on the property I closed on in Texas, hooked up the utilities for the contractors. They have already started on the floor and tile demo. I was thinking about having this property be a flip due to me being so far away, and I think being a long- distance LTR landlord even with a PM company makes me a bit nervous. It's far from an airport too... and I think I'm just too much of a control freak. lalso want to have properties that are more based on STR and MTR. Either way, the property actually is in great shape on the inside, and despite how it looks now, will be a great home for someone. I'm learning what I DO want by what I don't, but so far, so good! Big hugs to everyone in this community and to Nick August and his building partner. I met with him and saw his duplex and so stoked to have this community. So nice and inspiring and they are investing literally 1 minute from this house.
