Good afternoon FF friends. Here is a quick update on my flip in West Michigan. A few surprises but nothing earth shattering. Neighbors have been great, two of them wanted to buy the house. My PM and Asst. PM are priceless resources, my parents . Truly blessed 35 yrds of stuff removed HVAC and A/C installed Basement wall being rebuilt next week Electrical updates scheduled Insulation estimates I missed this one Flooring and paint picked out At the momemt ahead of schedule.
