Richardson. W Keola Kapaku Boak suggested we post some of the projects we have been working on the last couple ot months. Working on two BRRR SFH that will be completed by the end of the month. Also were able to snag a 6 plex in Knoxville (appraisal came in 75k over purchase price) and also a commercial warehouse 6600 sq ft with 2 rental storage spaces and 5 gated bays 38ft long that we will also rent out individually. We are learning every day and having a total blast! Thanks to FF for the continued support and resources to help our family leave a legacy for generations to come!
