We closed on property #2 today whoop whoop! PP 113000, rehab 18k roughly, ARV 175k. Plan to use the cash out refi from our first to cover the rehab and holding cost. The hard money lender we use does 65% so thems the numbers. We joined back in February and our goal was 3 properties in the first year. Still got 4 months to reach that goal or exceed. Life changing!
