1 am excited to share with you that I found my first property. It is under contract and currently working with the banks to get the best deal. It is my early Christmas present and a start to my financial freedom. I shared in some of the calls my journey but I would like to share in this post how I get here hoping that it will be an inspiration to those who are just starting in this journey or for those we feels like they hit a wall. This 1 win is the result of: 35 rejected properties 3 months of consistent hustling after my day job, being a mom and a wife mustering the courage to present my vision to a friend who ended up lending me private money working with companies to set me up to scale - PCS, Capwell, Privy, etc endless phone calls with HML, local banks late night MLS deal analysis mental struggle questioning myself if I made the right decision of going into REI developing relationship with an investor agent being intentional in attending the weekly calls as much as I can developing the mindset of growth and abundance This is my journey and I am just starting.
