I remember the call when we decided to join and Matt (with FF) said our lives would be changed and it's so been much more than we could've dreamed of! This week has been amazing! As some of you know we switched hard money lenders mid transaction and he was able to get the deal done in time (*W Keola Kapaku Boak has been the real MVP helping us and guiding us through all the challenges and suggested we not only call the hard money lender post closing but ask if we can take him out to lunch or coffee. I was so uncomfortable asking but I did and our HML said yes! We met for lunch this week and really connected! He started as a wholesaler and then flipper and now is a private/hard money lender! We are so excited about our new relationship and see a bright future working together! Rehab on our first property started this week too! Our GC and project manager (and team) have been great! Photos and communication and they want to grow with us! I'm comfortable calling and asking questions which makes me feel awesome about the relationship because as a woman I've also had situations where | felt talked down to or inferior (l know it's not me but it's still hard to deal with!) And this Friday we are seeing another property to potentially flip a few blocks away from our current property! With Black Friday Sales we've been busy shopping
