My husband and I have been working hard behind the scenes to get started and today was a huge WIN! After nearly 9 weeks of waiting and paperwork we closed on our HELOC!! This is so big for us because it'Il give us the capital for down payments (and multiple houses!) and expenses. Since doing the 30 day MAP I always planned on putting advertising on my car but wanted to wait until we had our HELOC... todays the day!! My car is ready to help buy us houses (and praying my HOA doesn't say anything - l have to remember to back in every night haha). We're focusing on rentals and flips but why not try to wholesale too! We've been connecting with vendors, lenders and wholesalers and listing and attending trainings, meetups and videos and although the analysis paralysis is real, we are ready to GOOOOOO!! There is nothing stopping us! So grateful for this amazing community and can't wait to see what this exciting new chapter brings!
