Remember this one? Manufactured home lead... covered in dog urine, feces, and a dead body had sat in there for 2 weeks undiscovered. I had no experience with this kind of home and didn't think anyone would want it. However, I have built some great relationships with local investors and I made a phone call to one guy who I thought may want to have a look. He jumped. After some negotiating and a septic inspection we are under contract with a $10k assignment. I almost passed this one up as I didn't know much about them and did not want to flip it myself. A prime example of why relationships are the foundation of success and why we cannot do this alone! This community is reminding me that opportunity can be found in places we least expect when we remain open.
