Lindsay Aurig and I closed on our first investment property.We plan to hold it as a rental using the BRRRR method. It's a 2-1 900sqft single family. Purchase price was $75,000 with an estimated $58,500 rehab, and the lender put the ARV at $200,000. Sam talks about buying $40 million dollars of real estate without using any of his own money, but when we told people we were going to do the same, they all said it was impossible. Well besides $300 for an oil tank sweep and a $450 for a property survey we did just that. I love being doubted it makes the win that much sweeter.
