We went just public to rent 1 side of our duplex. Took a bit longer then expected but 90% was just was 2 in the evenings and weekends. Alot of lessons learned, couple contractors just leaving/taking a long time and hidden problems. Definitely a benifit of doing 1 ourselves is We realize what we don't want to do and know what it takes but also we know what to check out for the next one. Finishing work sucks!! Before and after...
