Shout out to Keola, Dusty, Lucas!

Shout out to Keola, Dusty, Lucas! I really think his guidance and the foundation Sam has laid is creating a group of investors who are in it to build strong, transparent, relationships with other like minded people. It's a dog eat dog world, but the mentors in this program are helping us navigate this industry the right way. I think of them as having the bumpers up on a bowling lane. You might make some small/minor mistakes here and there but like the bumpers on the lane, they are there to show you red flags and point you in the right direction. Whether you hit the strike or get a couple of pins, remember it is based on your approach and ability to soak in the information that is given BUT at least you are not ending up in the gutter! You have to use the bumpers though. I have seen many people in this program utilize the mentors and are now on their own absolutely get "strikes" on their deals. It's inspiring to see. They also go on the calls once in a while and they give their experiences to the rest of the group.
