Hello, everyone. My name is Kurt Field. I'm here to recommend the Faster Freedom Community, the mentorship, the courses, everything that comes with it. The the content that you get for joining is unbelievable. The the AI program where you can just search any problem. You can spell out exactly what you need, and it will give you, like, a list of recommendations. It'll point directly to the however many thousands of hours they've got in the course that you can, find what you need. Like, if I'm wanting to learn about refinances, it'll tell me about refinances. If I wanna learn about placing tenants, it'll talk about that. They've got a midterm rental unit coming up to increase cash flow. So they're always adding value to the program. I, joined it knowing that it was a mentorship for life. That was kind of what put me over the edge on deciding to join the program. It wasn't just like a a one year class or a six month class. Although there's that much content that you could learn continually new information for a year, just being able to attend meetings, reach out to to coaches, and and just get that get that feedback throughout throughout the process of real estate investing. Knowing that I would have that has been huge for me. And then I've been able fortunately to to scale quite a bit since joint joining the program. I got bought a big apartment package, which kinda was a springboard and then a few other seller financing deals. And I had the confidence to pull the trigger on those, because I've sat one on one with coach Kayla and coach Cam and, you know, bounced ideas off Sam and and things like that and meetings and and been able to, know that I was, getting myself into a good deal. So not quite finished with the burr on the big apartment package. Still working through it. There's ups, there's downs. There's a lot of work being done, but it's great to have coaching throughout all of it and then also to keep my mind going forward. It's not like that one apartment package I got was, you know, this is the end of everything that I've gotta do. It's business going forward. My mindset is already twenty twenty four, twenty twenty five, and what we're gonna be doing to to really push and to to make sure that we're successful. So I feel very confident in what I'm doing because of the mentorship side of things, you know, and and all of the the work in the course, but I feel very good about things in our situation, and that's in large part to the Faster Freedom community.
