The first question here was, what was life like before you started investing in real estate? It was just a typical Monday through Friday, Sunday to Sunday. You grind, you work, you work for a boss. And, until I saw the video of Sam Primm doing cups, drinking red college cups, illustrating it on how you can purchase real estate property using other people's money, and, leveraging it was the eye opener. It's the reason why my wife and I are here with Faster Freedom. But that first question, what was life like before we started, it's just been a simple day to day routine grind. But now that we're with Faster Freedom and doing this beautiful side hustle until it becomes a full time hustle, which we're we can't wait, It's it's it's just been really I don't know. Words can't really justify how I feel right now, so that's how it is. But it's been awesome. But before that, it's just been okay. You know, you're living paycheck to paycheck, hoping to save money, getting ready for retirement. Next question is how did the Faster Freedom Community prepare help you invest? Three. Three ways it helped us invest. The first one are the coaches providing us sound guidance for success. Anything that they give you or tell you is for your success. Coach Keola was my coach that I did a fifteen minutes coaching call times two this year, and the small wins that I'm able to achieve was because of him. And we love him. We can't wait to meet him someday, and we will meet him. So if you're a student listening to this video, take it to heart what I'm saying and run with it. Even if it's a small ten minute video or a forty second video, there's always some sound advice in there, and you can run with it. And it's it's it's an eye opener. And we're I'm grateful that they do that, and I wanna say thank you. The third question is, what does life look like now that you can invest confidently? Really? It's because of coach Keola. I'm able to do what I need to do, and I'm doing it remotely. I don't live in the area where I'm investing because coach says just know your buy box. Meet the people and build rapport. That's your realtor, your property manager, your loan agent, your contractors. These people that I've met, even a tax attorney, real estate tax attorney, I was able to have one. And the buy box where I'm at is Wichita Falls, Texas. And the team that we're able to meet there, we're able to share with another student, Mike Musa. If I hope I pronounce his last name right, but those are the reasons why I know I can confidently invest without a hitch or a doubt because I believe in this system, and this system works.
