I just wanted to drop a quick video for any of those people sitting on the fence about joining the community, that Sam and Lucas has have, put together. I joined a few months ago, not to get started in my real estate career, but to learn how to scale and put proper systems in place. And one of the things that, really pushed me to join is realizing that these guys are just down to earth, Midwest kind of guys. You know, they are doing it with you. They're not, you know, just teaching and then selling courses and stuff. They're actually practicing what they preach every day. They actually you know, a lot of my questions were around the systems that they have in place. How can I replicate what they do in my own community and start to scale what I'm doing? And through those questions, they quite literally said, why don't you come up? You can see what we do in person. You can learn, you know, what our day to day looks like. And that's exactly what I did. So I went up to the offices up in Saint Louis, spent a few days there, and really was able to leverage and shadow, the guys that, are doing this in and out and learning what, what processes and systems they're using that work at a large scale. I think they're doing around two hundred and eighty houses they're expecting to close this year. So if you can, you know, really take advantage of these guys and what they do on a day to day basis, That's what they're there for, and that's what they're happy to do. Yeah.
